Our 30-Day Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@raypon.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
